باستخدامك تطبيق أو موقع بو ناشي فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق مقدَّم من مركز الفيحان الإقليمي لأعمال السمسرة العقارية، المرخّص في دولة الكويت. By using the Bo Nashi app or website you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Al-Faihan Regional Center for Real Estate Brokerage, licensed in the State of Kuwait.
١. طبيعة الخدمة1. What this service is
بو ناشي منصّة عرض إعلانات عقارية تتيح للمعلنين نشر عقاراتهم وللمهتمين تصفّحها والتواصل مباشرةً مع المعلن. المنصّة ليست طرفاً في أي اتفاق أو صفقة تنشأ بين المعلن والمهتم، ولا تتقاضى عمولة على تلك الصفقات. Bo Nashi is a property listings platform: advertisers publish properties, and interested people browse them and contact the advertiser directly. The platform is not a party to any agreement or transaction between them, and takes no commission on such transactions.
٢. الإعلانات ومسؤولية المعلن2. Listings and advertiser responsibility
المعلن وحده مسؤول عن صحّة ودقّة ما ينشره: السعر، والمساحة، والموقع، والصور، وحقّه في عرض العقار. نحن لا نتحقّق بشكل مستقل من كل إعلان، ولا نضمن دقّة المعلومات المعروضة. The advertiser alone is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish: price, area, location, photos, and their right to advertise the property. We do not independently verify every listing, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information shown.
ننصح دائماً بمعاينة العقار والتحقّق من المستندات الرسمية قبل دفع أي مبلغ. We always recommend viewing a property in person and checking official documents before paying any money.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول3. Acceptable use
- لا تنشر إعلانات كاذبة أو مضلّلة أو مكرّرة.Do not post false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
- لا تنشر عقاراً لا تملك حقّ عرضه.Do not advertise a property you have no right to advertise.
- لا تنشر محتوى مخالفاً للقانون أو للآداب العامة في دولة الكويت.Do not post content that breaks Kuwaiti law or public decency.
- لا تنتحل شخصية غيرك ولا تستخدم بيانات اتصال ليست لك.Do not impersonate anyone or use contact details that are not yours.
- الخدمة مخصّصة لمن هم في سن ١٨ عاماً فأكثر.The service is for people aged 18 and over.
٤. المراجعة والإيقاف4. Review and suspension
قد تخضع الإعلانات للمراجعة قبل نشرها. ويحقّ لنا رفض أو إزالة أي إعلان، أو إيقاف أي حساب، إذا خالف هذه الشروط — دون أن يخلّ ذلك بأي حق آخر. Listings may be reviewed before publication. We may refuse or remove any listing, or suspend any account, that breaches these terms, without prejudice to any other right.
٥. المحتوى الذي ترفعه5. Content you upload
تبقى ملكية الصور والنصوص التي ترفعها لك. وبرفعها تمنحنا إذناً بعرضها داخل التطبيق والموقع لغرض عرض إعلانك فقط. You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By uploading them you give us permission to display them in the app and on the website, for the sole purpose of showing your listing.
٦. حدود المسؤولية6. Limitation of liability
تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي. لا نضمن توفّرها دون انقطاع، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة تنشأ عن التعامل بين المستخدمين أو عن الاعتماد على معلومات إعلان. The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users or from reliance on the information in a listing.
٧. حسابك7. Your account
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية كلمة المرور. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may delete your account at any time.
٨. القانون الواجب التطبيق8. Governing law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختصّ محاكم الكويت بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
