باختصار:In short: لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات، ولا نطّلع على موقعك الجغرافي، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة. We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking of any kind, never access your device location, and never sell your data.
البيانات التي نجمعهاWhat we collect
١. بيانات الحساب1. Account information
عند إنشاء حساب نحفظ اسم المستخدم وكلمة مرور مشفّرة. وإذا أضفت رقم هاتف أو واتساب لعرضه على إعلاناتك، نحفظه أيضاً لهذا الغرض. When you create an account we store your username and an encrypted password. If you add a phone or WhatsApp number to be shown on your listings, we store that too, for that purpose.
٢. محتوى الإعلانات2. Listing content
ما تنشره بنفسك: نوع العقار، المحافظة والمنطقة، السعر، المساحة، الوصف، والصور التي ترفعها. هذا المحتوى معروض للعامة بطبيعته. Whatever you publish yourself: property type, governorate and district, price, area, description, and any photos you upload. This content is public by its nature.
٣. إعدادات محفوظة على جهازك3. Settings stored on your device
المفضلة، واللغة، ووضع العرض، وعمليات البحث الأخيرة تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تصل إلى خوادمنا. Favourites, language, display mode and recent searches are stored on your device only and never reach our servers.
ما لا نجمعهWhat we do not collect
- لا نطلب ولا نستخدم موقع الجهاز الجغرافي (GPS) إطلاقاً.We never request or use device location (GPS).
- لا توجد إعلانات، ولا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات.No advertising, and we do not use the advertising ID.
- لا توجد أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو ملفات تعريف سلوكية.No analytics, tracking, or behavioural profiling.
- لا نقرأ جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل أو سجل المكالمات.We do not read your contacts, messages, or call history.
أطراف أخرىThird parties
- Supabase — يستضيف قاعدة البيانات والصور على خوادم في طوكيو.hosts our database and photos on servers in Tokyo.
- Google Fonts — يزوّد خط التطبيق؛ قد يصل عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى Google عند تحميل الخط.supplies the app typeface; your IP address may reach Google when the font loads.
- OpenStreetMap — يزوّد صور الخرائط؛ قد يصل عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى مزوّد الخرائط عند عرض خريطة.supplies map tiles; your IP address may reach the tile provider when a map is displayed.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى، ولا نبيعها إطلاقاً.We share your data with no one else, and we never sell it.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبياناتHow long we keep data
نحتفظ بحسابك وإعلاناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف الإعلانات والصور المرتبطة به. We keep your account and listings for as long as your account exists. When an account is deleted, its listings and photos are deleted with it.
حقوقكYour rights
يمكنك تعديل أو حذف أي إعلان في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، ويمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل ما يتعلق به. You can edit or delete any listing at any time from inside the app, and you can request deletion of your account and everything attached to it.
الأطفالChildren
هذا التطبيق مخصّص لمن هم في سن ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات عن الأطفال عن قصد. This app is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
تغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وسننشر التغييرات على هذه الصفحة. If we change this policy we will update the date above and publish the changes on this page.
