حذف الحسابDelete your account
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في بو ناشي وكل ما يرتبط به، دون الحاجة إلى تثبيت التطبيق. You can request deletion of your Bo Nashi account and everything attached to it, without needing to install the app.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيقOption 1: from inside the app
افتح التطبيق ← تبويب الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد الطلب. Open the app, go to the Account tab, choose Delete account, then confirm.
الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد الإلكترونيOption 2: by email
أرسل رسالة من أي بريد إلى العنوان التالي واذكر اسم المستخدم الخاص بك: Send a message to the address below and include your username:
سنؤكد هويتك عبر رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجّل على الحساب قبل التنفيذ، ثم ننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحدّ أقصى — وعادةً خلال أيام قليلة. We will confirm your identity using the phone number or email registered on the account, then complete the request within 30 days at most — usually within a few days.
ما الذي يُحذفWhat gets deleted
- حسابك واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور.Your account, username and password.
- رقم الهاتف والواتساب المحفوظان في ملفك.The phone and WhatsApp numbers stored on your profile.
- جميع إعلاناتك وصورها.All of your listings and their photos.
لا يتبقّى بعد الحذف أي بيانات مرتبطة بك. أما البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك (المفضلة واللغة) فتُحذف بإزالة التطبيق. Nothing linked to you remains afterwards. Data stored on your own device (favourites, language) is removed by uninstalling the app.
ملاحظة: قد نحتفظ بسجلّات محدودة لفترة قصيرة إذا تطلّب ذلك التزام قانوني في دولة الكويت. لا تُستخدم هذه السجلّات لأي غرض آخر. Note: we may retain limited records for a short period where a legal obligation in Kuwait requires it. Such records are not used for any other purpose.
